Clomiver is an antiestrogen drug by Vermodje. The main active ingredient is Clomiphene Citrate. Clomiphene is a selective modulator of estrogen receptor. It has agonistic and has antagonistic properties, blocks the effects of estrogen on the body by binding to receptors. Clomiver blocks feedback of estrogen to the hypothalamus (when taking Clomid, estrogens do not affect the pituitary gland, and thus reduce the production of LH and FSH) and stimulates the production of GnRH. As a result of these processes, the pituitary gland produces large amounts of a luteinizing hormone, which in turn increases the level of testosterone secretion by the testes.
Clomiver is just a stimulant and it does not raise levels of estrogen in blood. Clomiphene citrate is similar to Diethilstilboestrolum by its effect, but it does not exhibit estrogenic activity. Regarding the chemical structure, this drug is similar to Tamoxifen. Using the product, please note that at low doses of clomiphene, estrogenic effect occurs, but in the case of a high concentration of intrinsic estrogen already has the opposite (anti-estrogen) action. For medical purposes Clomiver is used for the treatment of anovulatory ovarian dysfunction, some forms of amenorrhea, uterine bleeding, infertility.
